About Jason Svonavec
Jason Svonavec is a successful businessman and equipment industry professional with decades of hands-on experience across heavy equipment ownership, operations, maintenance, and rebuilds. A native of Somerset County, Pennsylvania, his background includes surface mining, mechanical troubleshooting, and earlier experience in heavy hauling from 1999 to 2010.
He currently serves as Operations Manager at Fearless Leasing, where his focus is on customer service and delivering reliable equipment solutions that help contractors work more efficiently. His professional mission is rooted in supporting blue-collar businesses and the hardworking people who keep communities moving.
Beyond the Yard
Outside of work, Jason Svonavec is rooted in strong family values and maintains a strong focus on faith, community, and charitable support. He competes in the Fendt High Stakes Series with his Pro Stock tractor, Bootlegger, and runs the Texas Longhorn breeding program at Banshee Farms in partnership with Curtis Hamer of 2H Longhorns.
His community involvement includes supporting local schools, volunteer fire companies, and the tractor pull community across Somerset County and beyond.
